Want grow the group, get all lifesciences VCs to attend our events. Omar suggested a business theme for discussion at the next event. He's in the market for an apartment (and always in the market for stock tips). Anu and Aaron want to strengthen management talent in Boston (getting Directors and VPs out of their corporate cubes). Kevin was the expert on last night's game and rare Belgian beers in Boston. Derek is excited about ideas of poker, cookoouts...even beer pong. Invitation to first event
We're kicking off our initiative to get Boston VCs in Lifesciences talking in a social setting. We've titled it First Thursdays. We're planning to meet at Asgard, a nice big, roomy place that's perfect to drink and talk. Asgard is 350 Mass Avenue, between Central Square and MIT. There's parking next door at the University Garage, which you can get validated at Asgard for $3.00.
